11-18-2013   Intel Guru  TD   Well it didn't RV this week!  It' won't also this weekend either! Yet, I can tell you this: It was actually a VERY GOOD WEEK! The bonds were announced! Banking systems are receiving facelifts, agreements signed & implementation. Next week meetings with Kuwait will tie up loose ends. Additional laws needed are on the agenda shortly for closure.  Iraq is sticking to it's commitments to move with urgency.  [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
