 11-14-2013   Newshound Guru Stryker   Our old friend [Guru] Scooter once said, look for the Central Bank to issue bonds in local currency and that would be a great sign that Iraq is ready to change their monetary structure. And I agreed 100%!!!  Also, will the parliament get their 2014 budget to parliament by November 17th?  Let's hope so!!! We are getting one step closer every day my friends...
