currency for the first time since 2003" The more I look at this, the more I see it is really
significant. Usually bond sales are to fund projects.
This is the first time as stated, it is not to fund projects... "the first time that the
issuance of bonds for fiscal policy and not for the purpose of funding" This bond sale is
part of the process folks. It is exciting, but keep in mind, its just a step, a process in the
transition. It
is good news for us as the CBI moves away from the closed monetary policy and
