11-13-2013   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Article:  "Finance is seeking to adopt the electronic system in banks"    This is a great article because it clearly tells us their are two systems being implemented.  1. is the local "project chunk" that is connecting all banks and using cash machines/debit cards transactions.  and 2. is the CBI project of credit cards and phone banking globally.  IMO, ...I do not think either of these systems will go online until after the currency change.  Do it before would be a financial nightmare.  So we should continue to remain positive that the dinar will change very soon.
