there is some previous "irregular agreement" with the IMF - I am
suspiciuos they don't have the horsepower to do this on their own. JMHO. [I
thought BGG had said from now to Dec 15th? When did it get moved to Jan 15th?] no
- sorry I said between now and Jan 15th was a very good
window...quite honestly I feel like we are in a good window - how wide - I do
not know..
