12-5-2013   Newshound Guru Tlar     Iran had to do a deal because they see the writing on the wall.  Iraq is changing and in April Maliki will be gone.  Maliki has allowed Iran to survive by turning a blind eye to Iran's counterfeiting and dumping on Iraq.  If Iran could not get the sanction off or at least reduced then they stood the risk of total economic collapse when Iraq changed to a non counterfeitable currency and Maliki being gone.  [post 2 of 3....stay tuned]
