12-3-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday we know the world bank and the imf are there and...by all the reports we have seen in the last week...they have said they are working very fast...getting this done. so we have many things right now...that are showing that the electronic banking is set up...the money on the cards, so we are close, imo. [is it normal for CBI site to not update rate by now?] i have seen the rate not update many times. most people think it means this is it ...it is not abnormal. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
